Join our community by subscribing to the Sweet Briar College Farm Wine Club! We will hand select 4 bottles every season (quarterly)!

There are two versions of our subscription:

1."Wine Club Subscription - To be Shipped to You". The subscription box is shipped directly to your door. This option will include an extra flat fee of $25 to cover shipping costs. Also please note our shipping restrictions. We can only ship to Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. Follow this link here for the shipped version. 

 2. "Wine Club Subscription - To be Picked Up". The subscription box will be held at the Wailes Wine Shop on SBC campus and you can pick it up in person during our normal business hours. Follow this link here for the pick up version. 

Member Pricing - Pricing is based on which bottles are included in each box. Once the box has been chosen, a 20% discount is applied and we have a flat shipping rate built into that price for the shipping version. The pick up version will not include the shipping fee. 

Boxes every quarter - Boxes will be shipped/available for pick up in February, May, August, and November.

Billing on the 1st - Members are billed on the 1st of those months. Shipped boxes will go out the following week. Picking up in person can happen anytime after the 1st during our normal business hours (currently Friday & Saturday 12-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm). 

Pick Up Restrictions - We encourage members to picks up their boxes within the same month they are released. However, boxes will be held up to 6 months. Any late pick ups after the 6 months will be subject to inventory availability and we reserve the right to change selections as necessary. If you need to make alternate pickup arrangements, please contact us. 

Shipping restrictions. We currently only ship to Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. We are working on more states and will update our web pages as those become official.

Curated Wines - Each box includes 4 wines hand selected by our team. We pre-pick the line up so you can discover new favorites.

New Members Welcome Box - When you first join, you will receive our most recent wine club box right away so you don't have to wait until the next season. After that, you will be included in the regular schedule. (If you place an order in Dec you will receive the Nov box at the time of joining, and then will still receive the Feb box when that one comes out).

4 Box Commitment - Membership is for a minimum of 4 curated boxes at which point cancellation is possible. 

Club Perks -Members will receive special event invitations, as well as 20% off all other orders outside of the subscription box (including in person purchases at the wine shop and any tasting events). 

By joining our Wine Club, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing and Renewal: You will be automatically billed every 3 months. Your card on file will be charged on the 1st of every third month (Feb, May, Aug, Nov)
• Pricing: The billing price will vary depending on the bottles chosen but will always reflect a 20% discount. For boxes being shipped, there will be an added $25 to cover shipping costs included in the original price. The prices will vary between $100 - $140 for the shipping version and between $70 - $100 for the pick up version.
• Cancellations and Pausing: Our system will not allow cancellations before the 4 box minimum has been fulfilled. Pausing your subscription is possible and can be done as needed, but the system will still need you to fulfill the 4 box minimum before fully cancelling. • All customer subscription information can be found in your personal profile and under the tab "Subscription Information". 
• Refunds: Because of the nature of wine, all subscriptions orders are final once they are processed. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on shipped subscriptions. 
• Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.
